Our Community
We pride ourselves on working respectfully with our communities and our team are very much a relfection of this. All roles have flexibility to work within different aspects of the business, adding variety and increasing staff knowledge of the job and the people they serve. Changes particulalry around the increase in female operatives has been well received within the community and we are making links with schools and pre-schools in the area to promote this sector to the younger generation through our work raising awareness of habitats within the garden.
